Nick and Ali are engineers who spent years inside Fortune 500 companies managing complex projects, drafting plans, and designing repeatable processes. They left that world because they were convinced that the same discipline applied to home construction would produce a fundamentally better experience for homeowners.
That conviction is the company. Every estimate, schedule, and construction document we hand a client is the product of training that most builders never receive.
Nick
The builder on site.
Nick leads field operations. With a background in industrial engineering and project management, he runs every build the same way he ran multi-million-dollar corporate projects with rigorous schedules, daily site presence, and an absolute refusal to leave a problem unsolved. If you're a Story Homes client, Nick is the person walking your project every day.
Ali
The planner behind the plan.
Ali leads pre-construction process. She is the reason a Story Homes proposal looks more like a standard operating procedure than a contractor estimate. Every assumption named, every line item documented, every decision traceable. Her background turns the chaos most homeowners associate with construction into something orderly and calm.
